Where video looks best
Galleries
Clean light, art in the background, and a quiet feel. We keep a respectful distance from the pieces, move slow, and keep the crew small. You two just be yourselves. We will get what we need without turning it into a production.

Lenhardt Garden
Classical garden with live oaks, paths, and plenty of room for portraits. Sunset light feels soft and cinematic. Great space for cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing.
Campbell Rotunda under the Tiffany-style dome
The sculptures around the rim plus the dome make a super awesome setting for a ceremony or cocktail hour. When the room fills up it gets tight, so we pack light and hide all the audio gear so it does not add to the clutter.
Grand staircase and Meeting street
Great spot for couples photos. Hand on the rail, quick laugh, a look back over your shoulder. We wait for a gap in traffic and run into Meeting street for a wide shot of downtown Charleston (if you’re okay with it).

Ceremony options (with sound & vibe)
Lenhardt Garden
The garden tent feels tucked away and calm. Light spreads evenly, so skin tones look natural without heavy lights. It is roomier than the Rotunda, which is great for video. You might hear a little city noise. We use windscreens, run backups, and take out what is left in editing.

Rotunda
The dome glow makes the room feel special. We put a mic on the groom & minister, and use two recorders for music and backup. We stay out of the way and let the magic happen.

Note: A lot of couples have their ceremony at one of the historic churches that are within walking distance of the museum, and head to the museum afterwards for cocktail hour and dancing.
Cocktail Hour
Rotunda
We get a wide variety of shots, mainly focusing on the good stuff, hugs, hands, quick laughs, the little details you would miss while you are chatting. We keep it light so you barely notice us.
Toasts (our recommendation)
To keep audio clean and guests comfortable, do toasts where a PA is available. A great example would be under the reception tent during dinner.
- Clean audio: we plug recorders into the DJ/band system for clear speeches.
- Better experience: seated guests, a visible mic spot, and fewer distractions.

FAQ’s
How do you handle audio for vows and toasts?
Small, hidden mics for the ceremony (one on minister, one on groom). For toasts we connect to the band/DJ’s sound system and also record a backup.
Will we notice you during the ceremony?
Not much. We do our best to work the edges, keep movements slow, and stay off center so guests see you, not us.
Do you use lights during the reception?
Yes, a small soft setup so faces look natural. Enough to help, not enough to change the vibe.
Can you fly the drone here?
Yes, as long as the weather cooperates (no rain and calm winds).
How do you work with photographers?
We approach it like teammates. We let the photographer take the lead and jump in when we can. The goal is to keep the whole process seamless for everyone. We pride ourselves on doing that consistently.
Do you include full ceremony and full toasts?
Yes. Both are included with your highlight film.
How do we check your availability?
Use the button on this page (underneath the video) or click here. If your date is open, we will follow up with package information quickly.
